PreviousThe iNcwala or First Fruits Ceremony in Swaziland
Young men leave the Royal residence of Lozitha, whistling and raising their shields in a Royal salute. The man in front carries a trombone on which a kind of reveille is played. They set out to fetch "lusekwane", a shrub that will be used to repair the "inhlambelo" sacred enclosure in the Royal cattle byre in Lobamba.
